Update at 3.30 pm: The fire is spreading rapidly; nearly 140 hectares have already been burnt. 130 firefighters and civil protection personnel from Corte have been mobilised, along with a total of six Canadair aircraft.
Update at 6.00 pm: The fire has destroyed nearly 160 hectares and remains out of control. Significant resources are still being deployed. Six ABE aircraft are in action.
Update at 8.00 pm: The fire has destroyed nearly 350 hectares of scrubland. It is still very active!
Update 31 May at 9.00 am: The fire has been contained but not completely extinguished. Nearly 370 hectares have been burnt!
In total, nearly 400 hectares have been burnt!
According to our information, more than 100 people have been evacuated!
