A forest fire broke out on Friday afternoon between the towns of Collobrières (83) and Bormes-les-Mimosas (83) in the Var department, requiring the deployment of numerous firefighters. The RD41 departmental road remains closed to traffic, despite the fact that the fire is now under control and is being doused by ground crews on site.
