Perpignan (66)

A fire has been reported in the town of Perpignan (66) on Chemin de la Fauceille, in the Pyrénées-Orientales department. For your safety, please avoid the area. The flames have spread to a travellers’ camp, which appears to have been completely destroyed. SNCF train services towards Cerbère have been suspended. Several ground-based firefighting resources are at the scene. The fire is now under control, with around ten hectares destroyed by the flames.
