IN BRIEF. The VISOV association’s annual general meeting took place on Saturday. Around thirty volunteers attended the event, including one who had travelled from Réunion. Following the annual review, a new board of directors was formed.
It is now Thomas Loison, a fire officer, who was elected chairman. Alongside him; Ludovic Morand (Vice-Chair), Élodie Boileau (treasurer), Sophie Arago (secretary), Jonathan Konckier and Jean-Christophe Bandelier to the board of directors.

The association VISOV (International Volunteers for Virtual Operational Support), established in January 2014 but already very active since 2012, is the first French-speaking virtual community of digital volunteers in emergency management (civil protection). It promotes the increased use of social media in emergency management, known as MSGU.
