A major wildfire has been burning since just after 9 am on Sunday at Cap Peyrefite in the municipality of Cerbère, in the Pyrénées-Orientales department.
Around a hundred firefighters have already been deployed in an attempt to stop the fire from spreading. The wind in the area is strong.
