Can your reports be fed into our systems?

Yes — several services are already using our verified feeds (secure API, agreements). The process: initial contact via the contact page, a standard agreement, followed by API access tailored to your tools (GIS, logbook). See also the data centre.

How do you report a ‘verified’ fire?

Every report submitted by a member of the public is subject to human moderation: cross-checking of photos and location, consistency with weather conditions, and verification of local sources. False alarms are dismissed and flagged. The median verification time is a few minutes during the season.

Is the aerial tracking in real time?

The positions are derived from publicly available transponder data, displayed with a slight delay and without any sensitive operational information. The tool is intended for public information and educational purposes — it is, of course, not intended to replace any operational system.

Can your training materials (JSP, new recruits) be reused?

Yes, you may use them freely provided you cite the source — resource sheets, prevention guides and visuals. For specific exports (maps, local statistics), please contact us.
